Has anyone tried a Head up Display unit?

 

I am considering buying one to display speed etc on to the front screen.

 

Any views or recommendations ??

I've just been shown this link, which might be the cheapest option.... plugs into the OBD port and uses a mobile phone...

 

I have no idea if this is suitable or possible, but maybe its some help!
