Wheels and extensions

Featured Replies

Looking at some upgrades and could do with us helpful advise please.

Wheels

I have a spare set of 17" alloy wheels with winter tyres from my 2012 skoda superb II. Will these fit my 2013 Yeti Outdoor for next winter?

Wheel Arch extensions.

Has anyone fitted a set to the facelift outdoor yeti?

Are they easy to fit?

Like the look they give on the old model "urban edition" and the team-bhp.com website mods.

Wheels, see the reply above.

Extensions,

Firstly they aren't extensions, unless you count 3mm an extension!

Secondly, I have a feeling the ends of the arches are different, so I don't think so. I know that the mud flaps aren't compatible at one end.

?team-bhp.com? Can't find anything on their pages.

The link below shows a more rugged looking yeti on the team-bhp site

I like some of the mods they have done including the surround camera function!!!!!!!!

Anyone done this to their skoda?

The F/L "wheel arch extensions" that Skodadop sell are the only seller you can buy them from .Superskoda  do not stock them for the F/L Yeti. The Yeti featured on the team-bhp thread is a pre- facelifted one, and he certainly has spent some money on that Yeti.Would love to know how he did the rear led tail lights to a pre F/L Yeti, I thought it could not be done.

Tony

I suppose the only way would be to fit resistors in each circuit.

Considering the other stuff he has done fitting LED rear lights would be a walk in the park!

I see he doesn't have the black B pillar covers! Great looking car.

As said above, Skoda never made the side plastics (aka wheel arch extensions) for the FL yeti. I think Milotek or one of the aftermarket companies do make them and as I understand are only suitable if you don't have the front parking sensors.
