Amundsen not displaying track details correctly.

Featured Replies

Hi! I'm after a bit of help please; I recently downloaded MediaMonkey and have been using it to tag the album art onto tracks on my SD card so they will display on the Amundsen (MIB1). Prior to this only some tracks had album art, most did not.

On the whole the album art is now displaying for the tracks I have editied so far, however, I've now run into a couple of problems:

The tracks I have are a mixture of formats, mainly: .wav .mp3 and .wma. Prior to sorting the album art all tracks displayed in the correct way:

[Title]

[Artist]

[Album]

Like so:

Since doing the art, all .wav files are just displaying the filename:

I have tried going back and retagging the album info, doing each track individually, entering the info manually... nothing has working and i'm stuck. Like I say prior to messing around with them they were fine

All other formats are displaying the track info correctly (as per the first pic), it's just the wav files that are affected..

The second problem is that one particular album is desplaying the wrong picture altogether, again I've tried going back and redoing it multiple times and ways, but it still shows the (same) wrong picture each time..

Can anyone help please?

Use iTunes. Import the media into iTunes, use it to tag album details all you want, and export to your SDcard.

If you still have issues with certain file types, you can just eighth click any track in iTunes and it'll convert it to an MP3/M4A, etc.
