Evening guys, how does one remove the engine cover on the 1.6tdi, I thought of brute force and ignorance but didn't fancy having to replace it.

Nope just a good pull up should do it

As above, it's only on 2 ball joint type of plasticy thingy m bobby. A good tug on the back left and right and it should budge.
