I took my citigo to the dealers for its first service yesterday. When I collected the car I was expecting to have to get a service book of some sort stamped but the guy said it is all online now. How do I have a look at the service history online? I can't seem to find it on the Skoda site.

That same guy could have called up the Service & any Warranty History and then pressed 'Print'.

You would then have had a copy.

 

Did you get the 'Health Check List' Print Out and an Invoice Listing Parts and Fluids used for your Service folder 

since there is no Service Book?

What GoneOffSKi said. Same for most newish Skodas.

The dealer is "supposed" to print off the service history action for you to store in the flap at the back of your service book.

There should realistically already be one in there from the Pdi but some places neglect this.

All the archived service actions are indeed stored on skodas central server but if they are available to view public at the moment - I don't know?

There is a section for service history in Erwin, but I'm not sure if it's used really. What I do know is it's not free. As already said, it's "online", but not for customer to see.
