Octavia Mk.3 17" Teron Alloys - almost new

Four, 7 month old Octavia 3 'Teron' 17" alloys. 7Jx17 ET49 PCD 112. Fitted with Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 2 tyres - 225/45 R17 91W.

The wheels and tyres have only done 8,500 miles.

The wheels look new and have no scratches, scuffs or dents whatsoever. Two tyres have 6mm tread remaining and two have 7mm tread remaining.

Complete with centre caps.

Absolutely nothing wrong with either wheels or tyres.

Collection only, I'm afraid, from Wirral, Merseyside.

£300.

Is the skoda scala slave cylinder concentric and located inside the gearbox for all models, or is it just the 1.5 engine which doesn't have it on the outside of hte gearbox? I'm seeing different reports about whether the gearbox needs to be removed to check or replace it on a 1.0 litre engine.

Hi, I've recently sold my MK2 and bought a MK3. I'm having issues with the exhaust gas getting into the coolant. I need to find out what is causing this. Is it likely to be the EGR or something more serious like a blown head gasket or a crack in the block? I've only had this car for 5 weeks so am looking to approach the dealer I bought it from. They only gave a 30 day warranty. They already had it in for a week and were supposed to repair this but they haven't done it.

We bought our Scala Monte Carlo Edition 1.5 tsi back in December and from late January it has had both mechanical problems and electronic gremlins. The mechanical problem have mostly been sorted, new rear discs and pads that were making noises like a wheel bearing was rumbling, the gearbox has had a software update and a reset (it's still not perfect). And the road noise is just the high dB tyres and lack of sound insulation. The electronic gremlins were put down to a failing 12v battery which
