Build November 2006, 56 reg. Colour magic black metallic paint, 94000 miles. MOT done 21/06/2016, no advisory notes, valid for 12 months, 06/17. Car is in good condition. I am only second owner of the car and have owned car since January 2008. We love the car comfort, many "automatic" features, massive boot size, reliable and very cheap to run. We are only selling car as we ordered an seven seater car.

 

All stamps in the service book, full service history. All service done at Skoda dealer, except last service which was at a premium garage. 

Last big service done in March 2016. Cam belt last changed at 56312 miles 02/12. Air conditioning compressor replaced in 04/11, air conditioning condensor replaced and a/c re-gassed 04/15. New battery installed 04/12, I believe the battery has a warranty for 5 years (until 04/17) by ATS.

During the last big service in March 2016: Rear brake pads replaced, Rear right brake calliper replaced, new Bosch front windscreen wiper fitted.

All Michelin tyres in good condition. Front tyres changed 10/15 at 85227 miles.  Full size spare tyre in boot. Unused spare tyre has been sprayed with special tyre spray to keep rubber in good condition.

 

Car is in good condition. There are some minor chips and scratches on the car. All chips have always been tipped up with Skoda paint. I will include touch up paint. Condition of car is consistent with age.

 

Few minor issues with car: Driver side window automatic up function does not work, window still goes up fine, you just have to select the up button a few times to raise/ fully close the window. Rear window screen wash pipe was cracked (very common Octavia issue), rear screen wash pipe has been disconnected. Front left light beam up/down (to adjust lights down when towing trailer) adjuster not working. One of the two remote keys battery has to be replaced.

Car drives very economical. 55-60 mpg is easily achievable. 

Tyres are one of the best value to buy, normally only £50-£60 per branded tyre fitted (blackcircles.com)

 

Road tax: due to new DVLA laws road tax will need to be purchased. £130 road tax per year.

 

Sold as seen. Viewing welcome. I can pick you up from local train station. Test drive on proof of insurance otherwise happy to take you for a ride in passenger seat.

Keys will be handed over on full receipt of full payment in cash or cleared funds in bank.
