At the moment it is not available as an option -- I suspect they may make it available as part of the next model year change.

it's around 1300 quid on a TDI Octy. it's worth it though, drove one a month or two ago and it works like magic: in a few years i reckon all cars will be like that...

Ford are looking into the DSG for future models too.

Are they easy to get use to?

As easy as an auto (basically what it is, even if it mechanically its a manual)

Not had any conformation on DSG for the vRS. Last I heard they had stopped the Golf GTi DSG as Passat was taking all the available DSG boxes.

That'll be a resounding 'NO' then. There's no way VW would let Skoda have the DSG for the vRS but not offer it in the Golf GTi. It would be suicidal.
