I've come back sorry for ever leaving

Featured Replies

Well this was supposed to be good news....

I traded my Fiesta in for a Blue 2008 Octavia mk2 VRS diesel

On the way home having only had my car 30 mins (no joke) someone drove into me on a roundabout I was in the outside lane indicating to go off, they were on the inside lane going straight on which equalled some sideways action luckily it's not too bad and my son and I are ok. But it has somewhat taken away from any excitement I had in getting it as I all I can think about when I think about the car is crash and big dent.

First ever crash as well. On the basis that I was in the correct road positioning at the correct speed least of all driving carefully as I had my son in the car I am trying to get them to admit liability. Not going to make up any injuries for extra cash as I not that kind of person and although Olly my son was upset he is intact... All I want is my car fixed so I can be happy with it and enjoy it.

So unfortunately there won't be any pictures up of it until I'm happy enough to post them once it's fixed.

Glad you and your son are okay!

Hope you get the car back on the road soon!

it still drives, luckilly missed anything important. hit me just after the rear wheel but before the rear light on the driver side

Was it a 2 lane exit?  Was left lane only turn left?  Sounds an interesting case.  Anyway, hope all fixed ASAP in your favour

google whitfield roundabout I was going from canterbury to Tesco they where going towards Deal so down the a2 towards the docks

Welcome back, sorry to hear about the crash but glad you and your boy are ok.

Welcome back.  The main thing is that you're both okay, at least a car can be fixed.  I know its real pain until its all sorted but hope you get it done quickly enough and you can start enjoying it again!

It's at the garage now, got a brand new ford fiesta courtesy car.... Great except it's a 1.2, doesn't even have central locking(wtf didn't think you could get a car without anymore) and the seat isn't even height adjustable so good job I'm not short.

It's getting a new rear quarter panel and rear bumper so gonna have to put up with it for a week probably

Glad you're getting it sorted.  You'll appreciate your vRS after driving that Fiesta!
