Evening all,

 

My ferry is sorted but I now need somewhere to stay. Does any know of home stays / accommodation in the Douglas or Onchan area available for next year's TT? I need accommodation (single room) or happy to house share from 2nd - 9th June.

Don't mind camping but not at the TT as I've heard people having their gear nicked & all sorts. Really don't fancy leaving my leathers, boots & lid in the tent & really don't fancy spending all week in them either as some people do 

Just picked this thread up,the best way to get Homestay for the TT is to go on the TT Homestay website. It is run by Regancy Travel on behalf of the IOM Gov, and with that you do get an approved Homestay operator.Make sure that where ever you get Homestay, that it holds the appropriate certificates ( there are some horrendus  properties posing as Homestay). Good Luck with your searching, the sooner you do it the better choice you have. We do Homestay and have the same Biker fans coming back year after year.HTH

Martin if you are on Facebook there are 2 groups that you can follow for info. They are Isle of Man Homestay and Accomodation and Isle of Man Accomodation- TT and Grand Prix. If you put you accomodation requirements on both pages, you will no doubt get a few offers. HTH
