Afternoon everyone!

A friend of mine wanted some long lasting protection putting down on his 6 month old vRS. So he brought it round this morning so we could spend a few hours giving it some TLC.

Not in bad nick, but it is 6 months old!

The process was wheels washed with VP Bilberry and Iron X, tyres scrubbed with Megs APC. Car snow foamed with AW Fast Foam, washed with G3 Bodywork Prep, detarred with AS Tardis, clayed with AW Glide Clay Block and then Iron Xd to leave a nice clean car.

Plenty of contamination on her. So then the bodywork was polished with Britemax Blackmax, wiped down with IPA mix then Dodo Juice Supernatural Hybrid Nano applied to the bodywork and wheels. The exhausts were polished with Autosol and tyres dressed with Megs Endurance Tyre Gel.

A very rewarding 5 hours work!! Here are the finished pics!

Fallout remover AFTER claying?

Thanks Chubbs! Yes mate. Normally I use fallout remover as lube, but I like to get the car as clean as possible so that the fallout rust spots on this were totally exposed. You could actually see the yellowing where iron has fallen on to the paint and rusted. All gone now, of course.

Blackmax is an excellent product mate! I will be investing in more, thats for sure! Although the sample you sent me is still going strong, and I've done 4 cars with it. Haha.

AIOMax is also a really good one, big thanks to Shaunyshine for that sample too. You boys look after me!

I need to order a few products, Fallout remover, snowfoam/cirrus prewash and a few more Carpro BOA like cloths. There are a few options out there!
