Bluetooth stereo upgrade

Was looking to upgrade the stereo to accept USB stick, Bought one of these from Amazon, and have been very pleased with it, doesn't have USB input but connects to phone via Bluetooth so you can stream your music, also has handsfree phone calling, and has usb output to charge your phone, and works at a faster rate than using the lighter socket,

Only drawback is you have to have the stereo turned on and on music player for the handsfree to work
