Just got the wife a 2013/2014 Seat Ibiza toca, which lead do I need to read the car ?

I currently have a gendan micro-can lead, but it doesn't get passed the gateway ?

Any help would be welcome

I've got a genuine Ross-tech hex-can usb lead that works just fine.

Mines genuine Ross-tech via Gendan, just need to know whether I need to update my lead to read the Seat ?

It's a micro-can and reads my 11 plate Superb ok, so not what the issue is

On Ross Techs store, Micro-Can lead, the technical page (that shows supported cars) the Seat Ibiza is not listed. You need a Hex-Can lead for that model.

Looks like I need to get the right lead, does anybody know if Gendan do upgrades ?

From looking at the RossTech site they do upgrades I think, for a reasonable fee, I don't want to have to pay out loads for another lead for something I already have a licence for
