I need help identifying this part, the part numbers printed on the actual parts dont seem to actually relate to the parts themselves, which is odd. I found a german Skoda forum that provided the image of what I need   and somebody suggested part no 06A 133 529 C as a complete assembly which brings up lots of pictures of the parts I need but as per usual with these things it seems only VAG USA sell it. Any suggestions of where I source one in this continent? TIA

To add the part numbers printed on them are, 06a 133 783 the short pipe on the RHS, 200901, the valve, and PXO 416 541 3 for the Y piece.
