jumpy idling stutter on low rpm misfiring dying when stoping for redlights FINALY SOLVED THE PROBLEM

Featured Replies

hey guys i recently found out what made my car go bad it was mostly bad on idle

it often jumped and sometimes died on idle or even when driving on low rpm

and if driven under 2000rpm it often stuttered and when stopping for redlights it could just die all the sudden

HERE IS HOW I FINALY SOLVED THE PROBLEM

i read the thread about cleaning the throttlebody and thought maybe thats  the thing i need to do so i followed the instructions and took it off without disconnecting the electrics but the throttlebody was realy clean but i cleaned it anyway when i had already taken it off i used a cloth and break cleaner spray

and screwed it back together and thought damn this wont do any diffrence

and then i saw the air temperature sensor on the intake manifold right next to the throttlebody and remembered that i read somewhere about someone cleaning that one to

so i decided to give it a go and when i had taken it out from the intake manifold  i saw that it had a thin but hard layer of  burned oil on the metal strings so i sprayed it with break cleaner spray and tried to scrape the oil off wit my nails

but that didnt work so good so i took a scissor i had in the car and scraped all the brown burnt oil off so that it got its metal color back again

after cleaning it the car runs perfect no hesitations no stutters  no misfiring no jumpy idling its like a a diffrent car now

if i started on low rpms before cleaning it the car felt like it was power less and almost died

now i can  pull off at idle

here is a pic on the air temperature sensor after i cleaned it
