I have a Superb with the symphony unit. It takes up one DIN leaving the second DIN filled with a drawer. I would really love to lose this drawer as I want to change the Elegance wood for the limited edition piano black. Problem is, the piano black is in a car with sat nav (2 DIN) so I would be left with a wooden drawer which would look worse than it already does. What 1 DIN unit could i put in that would hook up to my Symphony, a single slot CD (although I already have a 6cd multichanger in the boot), did they ever do a MiniDisc? A graphic eq? The best answer is probably to get sat nav fitted but I understand that you lose steering controls and maxidot which I would rather keep. Any thoughts anyone?:confused:

Plain black cubby hole? Cup holder unit? Fabia draw unit?

I have an Alpine pop out screen with a one din centre speaker underneath for 5.1 Surround sound. I also still have use of the steering wheel controls.I only lose the top bit of the maxi dot where the radio info goes(this still works when warnings such as low fuel appear) , everything else works fine.

1) 1 Din Black drawer out of fabia

2) 1 Din 6 Disk CD changer from VW that fits below radio and lose use of one in boot

3) 1 Din VW Polo Twin Cup Holder.

4) 1 Din Tray out of Fabia

5) 2 Din Sat-Nav
