never buying RSR's again....

Featured Replies

didn't feel like anything was wrong, was just down to 3 mill so thought I would change tyres for my Germany trip in sept... I have used many sets of RSR's , and looked for another, cheapest was camskill at $69 (my cheap Chinese keyboard doesn't have a pound sign) but I found Bridgestone adrenaline RE002s for sixty quid each from blackcircles so bought 4.... down at my local trusted tyre place...... this is what they showed me from one of the federals he took off....

it was doing this at other places around the tyre too.... it was basically delaminating..... the others were not much better....

nice chunky new boots..... reviews say they grip almost as well as RSRs in the dry on track, and are much better in the wet.... as I don't track Daddy phantom much... this is better...

I'll do a proper review on http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Bridgestone/Adrenalin-RE002.htm when I have run them in and used them for a few thousand miles....

So you've finnaly stopped bumming the RSR's then? :D

Can't say I really rate them either. The set I have for the Rover hasn't fallen apart but they overheat too quick. 5 - 6 laps at Rockingham was enough for them.

One day you will discover Michelins :p

I have a source that I get just scrubbed in Michelin PS3's for £20 each. That's for 195/50 15 though. Shame I can't get 17's for that :D

195/50/15s fit my Fabia :) Do you run them on track and can I get some? :P

I use them for road and motorsport use and they behave very well. Plenty of grip wet or dry and last well. I've been getting them from an ebay seller in Macclesfield who gets them from the Ginetta Junior race cars which have to have a fresh set of tyres every time they go out on track. All the ones I've had are litterally just scrubbed in so have full tread.

He current doesn't have the listing up at the mo but it's well worth sending him a message and asking if he's got any in stock.
