Second time secondary air pump failure????

Last year i started this thread

now recently i have been hearing the same noise as mentioned in this thread again from my Octy on cold damp mornings.

Last time the dealer replaced the secondary air pump and i had no more noise................................until recently when it seems to have started again.

I am going to take it back to the dealers in the near future but i am wondering if my re-map could have contributed in anyway to the secondary air pump failing again????

When it was replaced previously the car was in standard trim and i am just curious as to if any of my mods could have caused this?
