Ok please bear with me I'll be brief

Currently have a roomster on lease and enquired about a new fabia colour edition

Was told that yes we can swap now no penalty as such and would work out about the same as what we currently pay

Car was on the boat already enroute to dealer for dealer stock so would be ready ptetty quick

Had a call saying car could ready to pick up thuraday no reg as yet but will have 7 day drive away insurance so it's obviously not pre reg

Asked about £500 fuel card and was told no we gave you £500off the car now i may be daft but not stupid surely the £500 fuel is a Skoda contribution and if the dealer chooses to knock me a few quid off that's up to them

Our lass says leave it let it go as they may be doing something they shouldn't and they may be funny with me in the future but I hate the thought of not getting something I am entitled to

Should I phone ŠKODA now and ask or wait until I have the car and ask ??? Or.kusy take it on the chin and move on

Actually ask Skoda UK Customer Services on the enquiry link and have it in writing.

The Dealership employees are not friends or family and doing you any favours, just in business and trying to get as much profit as possible which is understandable.

Giving £500 off is not giving £500 off if they then snaffle the £500 worth of fuel.   They gave nothing off in actual fact!

Done that but I contacted the free fuel team instead

If I don't hear from them within the allotted 48hours I'll phone ŠKODA UK as I am driving back down the a1 home

Thought about it and also emailed skid on the link provided

If nothing else it will pay for the accessories I want to order from Skoda so they will get the money back anywa
