Bluetooth In Car Kit's

Featured Replies

There's another little wrinle in the new law, too. If an employer requires you to answer the phone while driving, they can also be liable for a fine, for making you use the phone.

We've had a notification from our employers, saying that they do not require us to answer, so they're not liable.

I'm Ok, because I've got a car kit for my (company) 6310. It's a nice easy fit in the Omega, because the car's pre-wired for a phone -you just need to plug in the special cable.

Same here...however, see if any of the sodding SLAs have any get out clause for "non-response due to driving"...:mad:

Well, got it thismorning, and fitted it in. Not difficult at all! so suprised, thought it was going to take me hours.

I've drilled a hole in one of the blanking plates for the switches and put the mic behind that, put the switch just to the right of the mic so nice and easy to get too. The rest of the equipment sits just nicely in the dash above and left of the stereo. Wil use it for a couple of days and see if it rattles or anything, if it does then will have to sort out something. But happy as P in S at the moment ;)
