Hose part names

Hi peope can anyone please tell me what these hoses are called as i need to replace.(Marked in red) as both are split.

 

 

My second question is that im going to undertake the SAI n249, N112 removal and I need to know if these pipes are part of the removal

They are breather pipes.

 

There are guides on here for removing those components - they should answer your second question.
