After having arranged for the car to be delivered on Friday (13th), and being a good sport and not to disappoint the superstitious, Skoda failed me, the nice lady at the dealership had forgot to book the car transporter. New delivery date Wednesday. This wouldn't do due to insurance reasons. We telephoned them back and arrange for us to go down and pick up the car today (Saturday), Chepstow to Maidstone is only like 180miles anyway.

3 hours later we arrive at the Skoda dealership, Very friendly guy talked us through the car and 'handed it over' or whatever it

There's a meet at Weston super mare in March and the IOW invasion has been declared a draw not sure if there is anything in between yet.......enjoy the car

Speak to Pete Horsell - he's the service manager in Capitol Skoda in Newport and is a top bloke (been mates with him for aaaages so I'm a bit biased!), he'll sort you out no probs!

BTW, I live in Newport too, we'll have to start our own meets! **Edit** just realied you said Chepstow... but that's close enough!
