So replaced the sensor cleared fault and is know back on.... Any more ideas on this how to solve??

Did you replace or reuse the engine oil?

Iirc you have the original dash type in there? You haven't retro fitted a different dash cluster?

I've had a retro fit maxi dot fitted 2 weeks back.... What is Lirc?

Ah ok, thank you :) I did have the origanal dash but still had same issue before swapped.

If the sensor in the sump has changed, the dash cluster has changed (which didn't sort the issue) it must be a wiring issue. I take it the fault hasn't always been there?

When I got the car the fault was not there. You never mentioned it when you fitted the Can upgrade and cleared errors. Wirring looked OK but maybe I need to check abit closer??
