Hi guys

My little skoda Fabia 1.4 mpi 03 is having couple of problems please could you help me?

First my engine light came on for five seconds then turn off before that the car can of the line and did a slightest wheel spin as it came off the line at low revs and Aldo's there's is a patch of oil in my engine bay under the belt to the left of the engine and under to the right side of the engine? Thank you guys much help would be approached.

Patch of oil under the alternator belt area is usually the crankshaft pulley oil seal. The one on the right-hand side could be the oil pressure switch as they are known to leak eventually. Could also be something else like crankshaft main oil seal, rocker gasket leak running down the engine etc. Hard to say without seeing it.

 

As for the engine light. It needs the fault codes reading.
