Hi,

I am using 2014 Superb TDI 2L.

Today I noticed that my Glove box light was on ..it turned off once i Double locked the car.. And turned on again with Start button.

Please help...

It'll come on with the headlights. Not sure it should come on with the DRLs though.

Sorry if I did not mention that the light keeps ON even when the box is closed. I observed the same on my AC vent when I saw Yellow light popping out of AC vent Speed manager which usually looks Green ..which was never the case before.

 

This light is suppose to go off once the box is closed.

That points to a problem with the switch that detects when the door is shut.
