Thanks for posting. The springs are at a very tempting price on demon tweeks at the mo as they have a 30mm option.

Looking forward to pics! What's the ride like?

I bought mine from deemon tweeks £107 deliverd to my door,

I have the -50mm springs which are supposed to lower the vrs around 35mm, yes they do a 30mm kit which probably will lower the vrs around 15mm,

when i put my finger in my rear arch it hits the tyre now theres no gap and it will settle another few mm  i am really happy,

Ive only been around the block just to check all ok so cant comment on the ride yet but it deffinatly felt firmer at the rear as my old springs were sagging and worn out,

I will post pics when the front is done next weekend.

Any update on this yet?

I think I will purchase the 50mm kit shortly.

Front springs fitted this evening and a nice tight gap of one finger between the top of the arch and tyre it will probably drop a few more mm once they have settled very happy with the look it was to dark to take any pics will put some up tomorrow

Hi mate, sorry for the thread resurrection but I'm looking at a Vogtland suspension kit (springs and dampers) and came across your thread.

I'm totally undecided between the 35mm kit or this 50mm kit.

I had a few questions if you had a min?

With the 50/50 kit, have you had any issues with rubbing with people in the back or anything?

Did the kit "settle" any more?

Any issues with speedbumps at all?

How do you find the firmness compared to standard?

Cheers!

Okay no problem

The 50/50 springs only lower the vrs about 35mm

No rubbing at all with 18"zeniths wheel

The springs ride like standard with general driving but stiffen when being pushed due to the way the springs are wound

I take speed bumps the same as I did when stock slowly and no probs just bear in mind the bottom of the car is fairly low to the ground any way

I didn't notice any settling of the springs I paid £100 posted for my springs from deemon tweeks

Brilliant thanks @willy0329

I ask as I often have two people in the back with a boot full too, wouldn't want the rear end sagging too much that's all.

May be just the pics but the rear does look ever so slightly lower than the front, would you say that's the case or just the pics?    See they also do a 35mm rear/50mm front kit which might be better given I often carry a load like I say.

You can get the full kit with dampers for £250 delivered from Germany on eBay which is a bargain, I've read that the dampers are actually made by KONI and are equivalent to the KONI Orange STR-T dampers which get great reviews.  Vogtland make KONI springs too apparently so it really does seem like a bargain for the cash!

Cheers.

Yes koni are the same as vogtland I think H&R were as well but that may of changed.

It sounds like you would be better off with the 35/50 kit if carrying extra weight. ,my car dose look level in real time it's probably just the pic and the shape of the arches looking lower on the back it has tools and oil etc in the boot and two kids seats and a full tank of diesel in that pic .

I have standard shocks the correct shocks  for the 50 mm kit will have shorter pistons than mine so may sit a little lower due to the shorter shocks,
