Recently changed the front wheel bearing and since then the ABS light has remained on and also the statistics have been wrong from the sensor which tells you the mpg etc. Any recommendations on how to rectify this?

 

We thought it could have been the fact the sensor was not fitted correctly, but after taking it out and fitting it again it still isn't working. 

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated 

Either a non ABS bearing has been fitted or it has not been installed into the carrier correctly meaning there is an excessive air gap.

Or the sensor has been damaged. Have you had the fault codes read to see what the fault is?
