Hello all, Just bought an 06 vrs and its very enjoyable to drive. Just changed the oil/filter and fuel filter new low beams also.

 

Just ordered an new dog bone mount, looks pretty easy to change. Question is do you need to support the engine/gearbox when removing the mount?, does everything line up ok ?.

No need to support anything. When you go to fit the new mount you may find you'll need to pull the engine back a bit to get the bolts to line, should take no more than 30 mins to swap over providing no issues with seized bolts etc.

Sweet. Looks pretty simple to access the mount bolts.
