Connects2 Aux Adapter Kit CTVSKX001. Came from my 2001 Fabia, believe it fits MK1 Octavia models too (if they have appropriate stereo).

 

Fitment will depend on the radio installed in your car, mine was a Symphony CD unit, so definitely works with those.

 

It's designed to plug into the back of the head unit and pretend to be a CD changer, so if you have a different head unit then check it has a CD changer socket.

 

Comes with the instructions, although it's very straightforward - plug in the cable, attach the black wire to an earth point and you're done.
