Detailing brush set - cheap

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Spotted this on one of the FB groups - thought to share.

I'm currently using the Autoibrite DBS set - which is nearly £20 a set of 5.

On ebay - this seller below is doing an equivalent set (of 5) for a great price.

I have no connection or affiliation with this seller; and just ordered a set to try them for myself.

So - this may be of interest to you guys.....

Thanks for posting Ste.  The Autobrite ones look the business and not too steep on price.  The others you highlighted look as though they're not as well finished at the business end maybe, hence the price, so won't last as long. Like owt else, you get what you pay for!  Thanks for taking time out to share though.  How've you found the Autobrite brushes?

They look well worth a try, especially at that price.

Good find.

Funnily enough Ste I had an eBay haul around 12 months ago, some of the gear I got was just OK.. these brushes really impressed me! They're great quality at the price point! Worth the punt if I'm being honest!

Anyway - first set turned up in the post yesterday....very quick indeed.

Cant say i noticed much reduction in quality, bit being picky - 1 or 2 wooden handles where not glued in perfectly straight.... so minor issue.

Shared them with KarlvRs for a quick test along side the AD DBS version.

You won't be disappointed mate. For the price against the AD brush set they're great!

Three hog hair brushes for under £8 at CYR this next week....

They are great prices.

ABD have a big sale on till the 16th, and I was hoping that the brush set may come up a some stage at sale price. Still wouldn't get this price :)
