I have seen this mentioned a couple of time now but can someone confirm 100% where the engine sound actuator is located on a 2015 MK3 Octavia VRS? mine has stopped woking and went in for a warranty repair and Skoda are telling me that the dash has to come out because the actuator is located inside the car. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it was located on the bulkhead under the windscreen wiper cover below the windscreen on the outside of the car!

 

If anyone has any pics that would be great. I don't fancy the idea of my dash coming out as they never go back in the same way.
