Hi Anyone any ideas why my mouse refuses to right click? Couple of months old but receipt has done a runner. All other buttons are functioning OK but I can't even double click by switching the facility to any of these buttons. Thanks in anticipation!

 it won't right click, or it won't double click? (or neither)

Sorry I didn't make it clear. Wont click or double click. Physical movement seems ok.

could be something to do with your settings. if not give microsoft a try. they give 3 year warranty on their mice, or they did do.

you should get some joy with them even though you dont have the receipt

BRILLIANT!!! Got onto microsoft by phone because of no reply to my email. Very helpful guy full of apologies and a spanking new top of the range laser mouse is on its way with compliments! :) Thanks very much for the idea - I didn't know they had this free service.
