I've got a 64 Greenline which is paired with my iPhone 7 and I can make and receive phone calls etc through the Bolero unit. However occasionally (and only when first starting), the Bolero decides that I'm making a call when I'm not. Only symptoms are a green phone icon at the top and silenced music.

 

If I go to the phone menu option, then It looks like I'm making a call, but it's impossible to "drop" it with the red phone icon. The only way to break out of this seems to be turn the car off and back on again, or reboot the phone.

 

Anyone seen anything like this?

I had exactly the same problem when I first upgraded my iPhone to iOS10, it happened both on my Octavia and my other car.

 

The only cure I could find was to delete the pairing with the car, and re-pair the phone. Since doing this it hasn't happened again despite several iOS updates (I'm on the beta program so there have been several).
