YSM Wheels

Featured Replies

Hi there. I'd appreciate some info on Wheels, as I'm no expert. I've come across the following Wheels for Sale (Boxed and unused)

YSM-336

18 x 8.0j

Offset +45

PCD 5x112

CB 66.45

Up for £325

I'd appreciate any feedback from anyone that knows their wheels! Acceptable price? Decent Make? Fit a Mkiii vRS? I assume that the current bolts would be suitable if I bought them?

Chinese and the centre bore will require reducing with a spigot ring in each wheel.  CB is also fractionally too small for some other VW group products or Mercedes which require 66.5 or 66.6mm respectively which may limit resale potential.  Can't comment on price or design but I'd go for a UK manufacturer at that sort of price.

Normally you get a fitting kit comprising spigot rings and bolts with aftermarket wheels if required for you model of car.

Sorry it's not as positive as you might have hoped for.

Thanks for the info. I haven't jumped in to buy them and I don't think I'll bother now. Cheers
