Hi all. Its about time that i got a new pair of front tyres for my 2011 Octavia vRS, Currently i have Uniroyal Rain sport 3 on the front, but i found these have worn down rather quickly. Normally I would switch front and back, but seeing as the rear tyres are Three A P606's (new on when i bought car) i would rather buy a decent pair. I am leaning towards a pair of  Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2's at £90 each.

Anyone have any reccommendations?

3s as well. I'm running 4 on my estate and they are a wonderful tyre. Quiet, grippy and smooth. Even in this cold weather we've been having they're fine (after a little temperature is in them).

I raved about the FqA2 as well and the F1A3 is a great progression

Yes, mine are the Asymmetric 2s, although a friend who recently changed from 2s to 3s tells me there is a definite improvement.  Although I recommend the F1 Asymmetric as a summer tyre I have no experience of them in cold weather as I fit my winter tyres/wheels when the temperature drops to 7C.
