Current dipped beam n/side are too low and too far left - so am looking to adjust - but don't know which knobs to turn !

As always any help appreciated.

Car is ? Helpful to identify the particular knob.

Top of headlights are a white plastic hole takes a large Allen key.one at the side of the headlight dies right and left. one at the back does up down ..park in front of a garage or wall to play.

Gathy -  its a Fabia iii SEL 90.
