Doesn't have one on a standard head unit. Some have replaced the CD changer plug on back of headunit for one of these :- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Connects2-CTVSKX001-Skoda-Octavia-MK1-Upto-2005-MP3-iPod-Aux-Input-Audio-Adaptor-/331562524955?hash=item4d32aaa11b:g:naEAAOSwZd1VXzLl

Thanks! I'll look for it then.

By the way, the cd player doesn't play certain mp3 tracks for some reason, what could cause this? Most songs play fine but when i burned a new cd about half the songs get skipped while the player gets stuck.. Wasted 5 cds so far trying to figure out the problem.

Not sure to be honest, these cars and associated electrical systems are getting on a bit now though. Could just need cleaning or could have a fault. If you going to get one of the items I listed it does away with the cd player so is redundent then.
