This is the model before remote locking. I turned the key to unlock and wind down the windows and it stuck in the horizontal position and can't be turned back to vertical alignment and removed.

I tried 'wiggling' it, oiling it etc.... and it's stuck fast. I've managed to raise the windows again.

The internal central locking button locks the other doors, but the drivers door lock remains unlocked with the key stuck in.

I've loosened the screw to try and draw out the lock cylinder, but it's stuck fast. Could this be because the key is turned horizontally.

Anyone had this issue before?

There are two T20 Torx screws holding the lock barrel. Screw 1 holds the barrel firmly and screw 2 turns the brass coloured locking ring which engages with slots on the barrel.
