Hi, do the 17" vrs spiders fit straight on the mk1 fabia vrs or does it depend on the tyre size fitted? Many thanks????

If you mean the ones from a MkI Octavia they do fit but you'll need different tyres I think

Yes, I think the standards are a 50 profile, so I'd probably need a 45 or even a 40 profile.

You'll want 205/40/17. Pretty much bang on the rolling circumference of the standard setup.

I've ran 215/40/17 on mine for a while and haven't had any major issues.

I've run 215/40/17 on spiders before, with coilivers (maybe 40mm drop) which rubbed on the inside of the arch liner :(

205/40/17 with the same wheels and running height and no rubbing.
