Part numbers for Headlight washer jets and colour coded cover please

Hello all, I have had one of my headlight washer covers break and fly off somewhere and on inspection one of the lugs that holds the cover onto the jet head is broken. So I wonder if somebody knows the part numbers for the jet head and a colour coded cover please, or if anyone knows somewhere else I can get these parts from? I have tried searching on here and Skoda parts but I am having no joy!!

Thankyou very much, the cover caps look great but I still can't find the lift cylinder jet even with the part number, where did you get the part number from??
