Quick question. Will this lead work for me? I have a 2010 Octy VRS fl with Bolero HU.

That cable is for the mdi unit that is added alongside the head unit in newer cars. The right angled cable fits into the fly lead that comes that, usually fitted in the glovebox or centre console. Unless you have fitted one yourself, I doubt it's there as it is unlikely to have been an option back in 2010.
