Wiper relay replacement on skoda

Featured Replies

Hi

Wiper on my car (skoda octavia 1,9 diesel 2003) has gone made i.e. not stopping at all. I have research on this great group on the problem & found three remedies

1. fuse problem

2. stalk

3. relay

I have checked 1. with no success but Now i want to test 3. first before I go on to change stalk. I can buy the relay 377 myself but not too sure how much expertise require to replace it and the risk. In Denmark the price to do the job is quite high.

Can any one share the good explanation on how to remove the panel under the steering wheel.

Have you checked the rear wiper isn't bust? This can cause all sorts of problems and is quite common.

Yes I checked... rear wiper is working fine

Mine is doing this too. I've removed the fuse for the fronts before reading about removing the fuse for the rear. Will try once I leave the office. PITA!
