Yeti rear wipe

Featured Replies

My Yeti rear wiper does funny things.

Switch it on and it wipes about a half stroke and stops.

Then moves in small arcs .. maybe 2" 5cm at the tip and then maybe an odd bigger arc.

It continues like this until I turn it off.

Then it sits where ever it stopped for a short period and than parks in a full sweep as it should.

This is never correct is it ?

Steve.

Definitely not right! get them to fix it.

My Yeti doing the same, apparently a known problem. (bad batch).

When it goes in for a service It will be replaced under warranty.

I have a 2016 Yeti 1.2 TSI and have had this problem since new. The dealer told me that there was a software

update for this problem but when I said that the Skoda forum suggested that the wiper motor be replaced

they agreed to do this under Warranty yesterday. All now appears OK.
