Seen this on an Octy FL. What is it exactly ?

Very much edged on Bluetooth as per the blue and phone symbol

Is this OEM or something aftermarket ?

Its a dealer fit Bluetooth phone kit, I have one in my Scout. Its not interfaced to the head unit so doesn't come through stereo speakers or mute the radio etc. and is a bit quiet for my deaf ears but works OK for what it is.

Obviously doesn't offer A2DP Bluetooth streaming or WI-FI hotspot or anything like that.
