Change stereo from balero to better with bluetooth

Hi everyone . I currently have a balero but the 6 disc has stopped working . I would like to upgrade but I will need a bluetooth that also streams media . I dont have bt at the moment so

1 would it be better to get a stereo and add after market bt kit or get a skoda kit but it does need to stream media.

2 I dont really need sat nav as I use an app on my phone so is it worth getting the led version .

3 I am after the best sound raher than features as long as blue tooth could be added.

4 it needs to fit an octavia 61 plate and it is preferable to be able to get the facia to fit .

I think that is it . So please can some one help .

Ps . Is it hard to retro fit steering wheel controls and do I need a new steering wheel . Silly as it seems I didnt know if they attach by clipping or screw to normal steering wheel .
