Remote central locking

Featured Replies

Hi All,

So, found how to pair the fob to the car doing the keep an key in the ignition and keep the igniton on while putting key in door..........etc...

Doesn't work, key fob has fresh battery and nothing.... One key has buttons and one does not. BOT keys open and start the car too.

Why can't I pair the buttons to remote unlock the car?  IS there another method?

Did the horn sound at the end?

Did you use this method;

Using a spare key switch the ignition on.
Insert the key to be programmed into the driver’s door lock.
Manually lock the driver’s door using the key.

Press the Lock or Unlock button on the fob once.
Wait for a least one second.
Press the Lock or Unlock button on the fob twice.
The vehicle horn will sound to indicate correct programming.

Full method with VCDS below (Word .doc)
