Hello everyone,

The f/l has the SWING mp3 audio system and there is a flash USB stick drive connected always (not disconnecting anytime) for listening to external audio files..

Although the songs have been written with text info from a pc initially (track name, artist name, album etc..) most of the tracks when listening and navigate to the info, the artist name has been lost and says "NO ARTIST NAME"....

does anyone know whether it has to do with any firmware issues and has to be updated?

Is it possible to update f/w in such audio device?
