The phone screen cannot be streamed in MirrorLink - only a handfull of phones support MirrorLink, and when supported, only a few specific apps can be streamed. When you exit a supported app, of course that streaming stops.

Same goes for Android Auto, but the set of supported applications is slightly different and it is slightly better integrated and a better experience.

 

You need to install the Android Auto app in your phone (if not available for your market, you need to sideload the apk) and then try to connect that way.

 

Either way, neither of these solutions allows you to mirror the phone screen - only to control a few chosen apps. There is no other app that allows for this, unless you somehow cheat and stream the phone via HDMI, but then you cannot control the phone from the touchscreen in the car headhunit.

k you don't understand me  it working i screen my phone in my car and i can send you a picture! when i select app supported mirrorlink and then i push back like 3 times its working  

i asked about app that can screen and if there is no app like this i would like to know how in galaxy 7 edge

i can use key to close apps (in the phone) without touch him(because in mirror you cant touch the phone)

Unfortunately, until yesterday I had a loaner car with Mirrolink, but unfortunately I just gave it back so I can't investigate more (my car doesn't have it...).

I also have a Galaxy S7 Edge and at least for me, it seemed to quit the mirrolink connection when the supported apps quited... But then again, I didn't have the car long enough to fully try the feature, so I will let anyone with long-term daily experience on mirrorlink take over

The only apps I can mirror on my superb is Skoda apps ,texts , whatsup, phone , google maps and the only important is Waze. I would like to have for example Uber as I’m an Uber driver. 

AA mirror works but it can be hit and miss and due to google updates to google services to block it, you need to roll back to an earlier version of google services and disable all updates. I've got an old rooted S8+ in the car with it working off a work sim and it works really well.
