I have a Octavia 1.8 TSI -10 with some strange problems..

Could someone please explain what the 2 relays under the hood is for?

The relays are not covered by the manual and both are marked 100.

Im fairly sure one of the relays are failing but since i dont know what they are for i cant be sure..
