Good evening all

 She who must be obeyed has had a bump in the fabia. Impact to drivers side lower bumper area. I've stripped the front end of the car. The obvious items are knackered I.e. The bumper bar and slam panel . I've also noticed what looks like the drivers side chassis rail is maybe bent towards the engine this has caused the engine to tilt upwards at the drivers side . 

Is there any dimensions on the internet for measurements for this area or could anyone measure the distance between the chassis rail and the alternator pulley edge. Are per piccie 

Any tips on straighting the rail would be gratefully received before I go medievil with a 10Lb lump hammer ..

Much easier to get your new slam panel and bumper bar and offer them up to get a precise measurement, I'd be tempted to try and pull it rather than bash it.

A good fitting  metal box section tube up inside the hole of the rail and go for it.
